Operators

Operators are defined per site.

Each person using the POS system needs to be added to Operators for every site they work in.

View Operators

The list displays of all Operators and the following details:

Field Name	Description
ID	Unique ID for item
First Name	Operator First name used on Receipts
Last Name	Operator Last name
Internal	Is the operator used for the app (always choose no unless you know)
Identity	Boss Staff ID
Pin Code	Unique PIN to sign on the till
Last Logon	When last used a terminal
Level	Operator Level

Create a Operator

To create a Operator click New. See editing a Operator below to understand properties.

Edit a Operator

to edit click the Edit button on the row. You will need to fill in the following fields.
